How Do I Start ordering with Tradexguru.com?

Easy, just sign up to our account, and start shopping. Add them to your cart, its FREE SHIPPING for customers in the UK! So order what you like, and the price you see on screen is the ONLY price you pay

General
  • We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware / software during / related to installation of any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation or misuse of our products. All products sold are tested to required safety standards for the UK.
  • All items are checked before delivery
  • As we abide by EU Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period for a refund of the price of the goods, return postage is not refunded.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch time:

All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in the UK, your order will be usually fulfilled within 2 working days

VAT:

Please note VAT is already included in the price.

Shipping:

All shipping is done via DHL/UPS/Citylink/Royal Mail/Parcelforce. A tracking number will be sent to you once payment has cleared and the order has left our warehouse. A signature is required as proof of delivery and we do not accept any responsibility for failure to collect your shipment from the courier.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders and provide a full refund if you do not provide your FULL GEOGRAPHICAL  ADDRESS.

Scottish highlands will incur an extra charge in addition, due to courier prices beyond our control

  • If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information, and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no further expense to you.

Returns & Replacements

Any returns where the item is not faulty, postage will not be refunded. The item must be returned to us without any damages and in unopened packaging. If damages have occured to the item a charge will be levied.

Return Policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase please ensure the item is unused and in its original packing For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its unused and in original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns. Like any other retailer, it is your  responsibility and cost to return the item to us. Shipping and handling charges non-refundable. Unless stated insurance on all items containing glass or breakable material is non refundable or exchangeable. Please allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed.

Items must be sent via recorded delivery. All non faulty returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee

 

Warranty:

If your product develops a fault please contact us via email /skype/phone and we try to help you as best as possible. All our items come with a standard 45 day gaurentee, If we can not resolve your technical issue a replacement will be sent or refund issued. The return must be authorised by the UK help centre.

In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / credit under warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to us are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by Tradexguru

All payment must be done via Credit Card or Debit card, if you wish to make payment via the phone please call our UK help centre. We do not accept Western Union or Moneygram, cheques or cash. If you are making a large order and want to pay via bank transfer please contact our UK help centre to arrange.

  • If you are not from the UK and wish to purchase this maybe considered as Importing. Importing bigger quantities of goods is restricted for private individuals and businesses. It's your responsibility to comply with your country's laws. Please check with your local Customs or local government website to see if importing requires any special licence in your country.
  • Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, Tradexguru will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country, please consult your local laws

 


Viewing Orders

On completion of checkout an email will be sent to you confirming the details of the order and also the tracking no with the company you chose to ship your order with. You can track this order at the company's tracking portal. You can check the status of your order and previous orders at any time by simply logging in to your account from the main page. If you are having problems with any aspect of your order please contact support@tradexguru.com detailing the nature of your problem.

 All currency rates shown apart from GBP (British Sterling) are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, which is beyond our control. The currency converter on our website is for informational purposes, and is updated daily from Webex. Your payment will be processed via GBP and any charges applied by your bank or merchant will be your own responsibility. You will be notified of cost in GBP before you complete your order, please ensure you calculate your own forex rate.

Base rate is GBP, all payments are processed via Securetrading and are 3-D secure with Rapid SSL encryption

Our prices may occasionally change due to supply chain cost, market economics, we strive to be as cheap as possible.

Any promotions are subject to change/withdrawal, and we are under no obligation to honour special promotions that have been withdrawn.
